Our Team

Melanie was born and raised in Centerville, Tennessee. She attended David Lipscomb University, Tennessee Technological University and University of Tennessee College of Law. She has an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice, a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence in Law. Melanie is admitted to practice in all Tennessee Courts, the U.S. Middle District Court for the State of Tennessee and the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals.

She is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, the Hickman, Lewis, & Perry Counties Bar Association, the County Attorney for Hickman County and the city Attorney for Hohenwald, Tennessee.
When not working, Melanie enjoys time with her family, Skip, her husband of over 20 years, and children, Madison and Caleb, and fur babies, Zoie, the cat, and Bingo, a rescue dog. She loves the Tennessee Volunteer Football Team and serves as the Vice-Chairperson of the Hickman County Republican Party.

Kelli is a native of Hohenwald, Tennessee. She has worked for the Law Offices of Donald Schwendiman and the Law Office of Michael Hinson, Lewis County Judge, before she came to Cagle & Boehms, LLC. The daughter of a real estate contractor/land developer she learned about real estate closings from an early age. As a paralegal for almost 20 years, she knows her stuff.

If you can’t find her at the Law Office, she is either at a trap shot with her beloved, son, Daniel, having fun on a cruise with her family, or on the water with her Husband, Danny. She has a large network of family and friends who adore her.

Kelli currently is the managing paralegal at the Hohenwald Office and is the real estate processor for Cagle & Boehms.
